PRODUCT PERFORMANCE:

PROPAMOCARB 722 G/L SC is a systemic fungicide. Its mechanism is to inhibit the biochemical synthesis of phospholipid and fatty acid in the cell membrane of the pathogen, inhibit growth of hypha, formation of sporangium and germination of spores.

The product needs to be applied by mist spray on cucumber nursery bed before or after its seedling transplanting period in preventing the downy mildew. The application interval is every 7-10 days during peak disease period.

When it’s used in spinach downy mildew prevention, it should be applied during the first stage of disease. The application frequency could be 2-3 times according to concrete situation.

It should be replaced once in a while by other fungicides to avoid resistance.
